If you miss an appointment without 24 hour notice, which gives us time to rebook that slot with someone from our waitlist, you FORFEIT that appointment and will not be allowed to reschedule.

Due to the nature of our business, emotions come and go and relationships end, there are NO REFUNDS should you choose to cancel your sessions, end your sessions with Love McPherson, or miss an appointment. However, if you have made all your payments to your package, you can gift your unused session(s) to someone else. Otherwise, they will be canceled.
